Australian-Made EPS FR Insulated Sandwich Panel

Maitland Cool Rooms is the only company in the Newcastle region manufacturing its own EPS FR (Expanded Polystyrene Fire Retardant) insulated sandwich panels. Our panels are produced at our Rutherford workshop, cut to your specified length, and available for use in cool rooms, freezers, containment rooms, clean rooms, food processing facilities and a wide range of commercial and industrial panel applications.

We supply panels directly to builders, contractors, other cool room operators, and DIY clients who want quality Australian-made product — not offshore panel of unknown specification and variable quality.

Pre-Cut in Our Workshop

One of the practical advantages of in-house manufacturing is our ability to pre-cut 90% of every panel order to exact dimensions before delivery or installation. This reduces on-site cutting waste, minimises mess, speeds up installation, and produces a more precise finished result than cutting in the field.

Supply to Trade & Retail
