Maitland Cool Rooms stocks and supplies a comprehensive range of cool room aluminium extrusions to complement our EPS FR panel system, available in 6500mm lengths in Surfmist colour at 1.6mm wall thickness.

Angle Sections

Available in the following sizes (all 6500mm lengths, Surfmist, 1.6mm thickness):

Angle sections are used at wall-to-ceiling and wall-to-floor junctions, panel corner connections, and structural framing points throughout cool room construction.

Base Channel (C Section)

Available in widths to suit each panel thickness:

Base channels are installed at floor level to locate panel bases, provide a hygienic seal between panel and floor, and protect the panel bottom edge from moisture and physical damage.

Trim & Finishing Profiles

T Section — Used at internal panel-to-panel junctions for a clean, hygienic finish between panels.
F Section / Corner Mould — External corner finishing profile providing a clean, hygienic finish at external corners of cool room structures.
35mm Coving Section — Coved internal corner profile that eliminates the square internal corner, improving hygiene and cleanability — standard in food processing and medical environments.
35mm Clip-On Cove — An alternative coving profile that clips onto the panel join for fast, clean installation at internal corners.
Arrowhead Section — Panel-to-panel joining profile used at specific join conditions within the cool room structure.

Door Hardware Profiles

Door Track (75mm) — Overhead sliding door track profile for sliding cool room door installations.
Door Guide (75mm) — Floor-level guide for sliding door systems, ensuring correct door alignment and smooth operation.
Door Jamb — 50mm P/A Door — Purpose-made aluminium jamb profile for 50mm P/A door installations, providing a clean, hygienic door frame finish.

Bump Rail

Heavy-duty bump rail profile in mill finish — installed at wall level in high-traffic cool room and freezer environments to protect panel faces from trolley and pallet equipment impact.
